• Private barn with direct access to the indoor

• Large, matted 12' x 12' stalls, each containing:

  • a mounted fan​

  • 2-3 water buckets

  • feed bucket

  • hay holder

• Each stall has two entrances:

  • a front entrance with an opening for your horse to stick its head out

    • this opening can be closed up if necessary

  • a back entrance with dutch doors and an additional safety gate

    • the gate allows you to fully open your horses stall in the summer so that your equine can indulge in the summer breeze

• Private turnout, optional

  • we allow you to customize your horse's turnout schedule

• Private tack room with extra large, handcrafted wooden tack lockers

• Private feed room with small fridge, Keurig, and sink

• Private wash rack

• Someone to hold your horse for the farrier (if needed)

• Blanketing

  • from fly sheets & masks in the summer, to light Baker sheets in the fall, to heavy blankets in the winter, and sheets in the spring, we will cover your horse!

  • you provide the blankets, tell us what you want, and we will ensure your horse is covered

• Administration of medications, smartpaks, etc.
